Performance of M. polymorpha cv. Serena in comparison with other annual medic species on alkaline soils near Esperance, Western Australia.
1986
Bolland M.D.A.
Serena emerged from a number of experiments in different locations as the earliest flowering, hardest-seeded medic, and amongst the highest seed yielders. M. Scutellata also performed well, and might be useful for its insect tolerance. There was no general relationship between maturity and seed production.
