The author has examined the issue of ecological decreasing of meliorated farmlands with heavy metals contamination. The author has determined the dependence of ecological system functioning level on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of aricultural crops productivity. Technological regulations of adapted water rotation melioration system functioning on the basis of a new design of conducting channels and a system of measures for rehabilitation of technologically contaminated land were suggested.
