In the present literature, we do not find a general method for the selection of screen bottoms for the distribution of an agent on the cross-section of flow for a given process of fluidization and equipment. There are only recommendations based on the empirical data. It causes big difficulties when designing devices for the run of fluidization processes and their studying. In connection with this fact, a new method of distribution of the agent on the cross-section of flow, consisting in the induction of multi-whirl flow of agent, has been developed. For implementation of this method, the screen bottom was designed and constructed and then, the whole equipment and finally, the studies were carried out. The studies confirmed the suitability and effectiveness of operating of the bottoms in laboratory equipment and in a technical scale; they revealed the possibility of simple enlargement of scale.
