This report presents the maintenance and operation activities in the command areas of two small dams - Mirwal and Shahpur. The farmers had been organized a few years ago under this project by IIMI staff. The maintenance and operation activities were undertaken not only to improve the operatio of these two small irrigation systems, but more importantly to strengthen these young water user oganizations.
