Uniform purification scheme potato viruses.

A number of purification schedules were evaluated for flexuous potato viruses and a combined scheme involving use of suitable specific host for propagation of the virus, preventing loss by virus aggregation during initial stages of clarification, and purification by differential centrifugation as well as "salting-out" of chlorophyllous host contaminant was developed.
