ITALIANO: [La sperimentazione e' stata condotta in due localita' del pavese nel biennio 1989-90. La coltivazione del riso con semina interrata e immersione alla seconda e terza foglia permette risultati positivi in terreni sabbiosi o in presenza di fermentazione eccessiva della materia organica, quando le plantule di riso radicano difficilmente o quando l'investimento e' scarso. L'allettamento e' minore che nella semina in acqua. Viene riportato il comportamento delle varieta' Patna. E' inoltre consigliato l'uso di minori quantita' di fertilizzanti azotati, da distribuire in due volte, per evitare allettamento e sterilita' fiorale].

Rice cultivation with filled in sowing and immersion in water at the second and third leave enables positive results in sandy soils or in presence of excessive fermentation of organic matter, where rice seedlings root with difficulty or where investment is scarse. Lodging is inferior than with sowing in water. The behaviour of Patna varieties is here reported. The use of less nitrogen fertilizers, administered in two times, to avoid setting and flower sterility, is advisable].
