Majority of agriculture teachers were male, 26-30 years of age, and had received Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture. About half of agriculture teachers had teaching experience of less than 3 years and most of them taught plant sciences and animal sciences. The average time spent in teaching and managing farm practice were 6-10 periods. The instructional performances between the two groups of agriculture teachers, teaching experience less than 3 years and more than 3 years were found to be the same, such as using lecture as teaching method and blackboard as teaching material. Instructional evaluation was performed through subject matter by using tests based on subject matters. Students were given a chance to participate in evaluating the teaching of agriculture teachers. Development of content in teaching preparation process was carrying through objectives. No through significant difference was found between the two teacher groups regarding skills in preparating stage, teaching stage and conclusion stage. Based on the finding, recommendations were: 1) decreasing working responsibility excluding teaching load of agriculture teachers; 2) organizing an inservice training program for agriculture teachers.
