DEUTSCH: Im Rahmen der Umsetzungsarbeiten zur EG-Aromen-Richtlinie erfaehrt die deutsche Aromenverordnung grundlegende Veraenderungen. Nach Einfuegen der Kernbereiche "Begriffsbestimmungen", "Herstellungsbedingungen" und"Aromen-Kennzeichnung" behaelt die deutsche Aromen-VO gleichwohl vorerst noch ihren eigenen Charakter. Auf die wesentlichen Elemente der Neuerung wird ausfuehrlich eingegangen. [S-92-00296].
