The goal of the paper is outlook of the historical development of cold-blooded horse breeding on the mentioned territory of the country, the estimation of the present status of that breeding, an analysis of existing sire lines, and an estimation of imported to Poland foreign breeds with relation to their influence on the shape of our cold-blooded breeding.
