Frogs are hosts to a very wide variety of parasites which can occur in almost any part of their bodies. From a survey of rearing frogs in the Eastern frog farms, many kinds of endoparasites were found. 90 % of protozoans and round worms were found in rectum. 74 % of intestinal flukes were observed in small intestine. 80 % of tape worm larvae were also found in various muscles especially in gastrocnemius and obdominal muscles of the frogs at Rayoung farm.
