Moreno F. | Arrue J. L. | Murillo J. M. | Perez J. L. | Martin J.
Seven saline-soil profiles from the "Marismas" ("marsh") near Seville, in the lower zone of the Guadalquivir river valley, have been studied in order to determine their clay mineralogical composition. Illite is predominant (about 80%), followed by smaller amounts (10-15%) of montmorillonite and kaolinite, and traces of chlorite. (Moreno, F.; Arrue, J. L.; Murillo, J. M.; Perez, J. L.; Martin, J.).
