Using genetic analysis technique developed by K. Mazer and J. Jinks, theoretical average values of quantitative characters in B1, B2 back-cross populations have been determined according to the data for P1, P2, F1, F2 with non-allelic gene interaction. By algebraic conversions a number of formulas for each of parameters [n], [i], [j], [l] have been obtained and algorithm of using them to forecast average values of forms P1, P2, F1, F2, B1, B2 is given. The examples analysed confirm high probability of forecasting the population parameters of B1, B2 by the data for P1, P2, F1, F2 with different type of non-allelic gene interaction.
