The basic aim was to determine the magnitude of productive and economic differentiation, causes and mechanisms of their occurrence and consequences caused by them in rational land management. The present investigations have proved that the further development of private peasant farms manifesting itself in a sufficient supply of the inner market with food products and with production surplus for export should be connected with modernization of the production potential and acceleration of structural transformations. The modernization of agriculture depends in turn on quicker restructurization of industry and designation of greater part of the latter for agricultural production means. Without fulfilment of this condition possibilities of increase of the agricultural production will be very limited.
