The influence of individual and group confinement systems on the reproductive performance of goats. Experiment 1.8.

Results indicated a significant difference on the number of services per conception and on the percentage conception. Gestation period of 138 and 146 days were not significant. Percent kidding, percent twinning including the total number of kids, birth weight and mortality were likewise insignificant among treatments. Two of the group confined does aborted compared to only one in individually confined does.
