The objective of this work was to evaluate the liquid fertilizer Urea phosphate (LUF) with composition 09-22-00, combined with traditional solid fertilizers and the effects in the soil, in nutritional state and corn crop yields. An exploratory trial was established with the hybrid Pionner 5065 in soil of the Uribeque series (Oxic haplustalfs). The statistical design used was the completely randomized with 9 treatments and 3 replications. The soil test indicated that P, K and Ca did not vary with the treatments. The LUF applications increased the pH of the soil. The leaf test detected Mg deficiency. The DRIS indicated nutritional imbalance and Mg, Zn and Mn deficiencies. There were no statistical differences between treatments in kg/ha of corn with 14 percentage of moisture. The yields varied between 4118 and 5868 kg/ha.
