We have added to a lot of milk 50 ppt of aflatoxin M1 and samples of this lot have been submitted to the thermic treatment of different temperatures with range 50 deg C - 128 deg C for 10 and 20 minutes. No effect of the temperatures has been recorded on the aflatoxin M1 content of milk and then no assurance could be set in the traditional processing of milk sanitation.
