Your diet, salt and hypertension. [Motion picture].
1978
An individual, responsible for his own health, is aware of the effects of diet on body condition. High blood pressure, or hypertension, and heart disease may result from hereditary factors, stressful conditions, body condition or improper diet. An excessive intake of salt, often increased more through convenience or "fast" food consumption, is linked to hypertension. Proper diet and maintained body condition can reduce chances of heart disease.
