Proteins and lipids content was assayed in blood serum and liver of young rats fed semisynthetic diet with variable addition of NaF (0, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 mg/kg) for 1, 2, 4 and 6 month. Transient disturbances of serum protein content considerable lability of albumin/globulin ratio with the tendency to a decrease of this index, occasional variations of triglycerides level, and stability of cholesterol level, were found. Morever, a decrease of liver relative mass (liver weight/body weight ratio), supposed effect on liver protein content, slight trasient variations of liver triglicerides and phospholipids levels, were observed.
