The study on the effects of NAA and IBA on rooting ability of Song of India (Pleomele reflexa) under high humidity was conducted. The experiment was laid out using 'completely randomized design' having 5 treatments with 10 replications. The result in 60 days showed the best result in those having NAa 5,000 ppm, in which the stem cutting rooted more than those in other treatments.
