Grape-vine rootstocks, combined with the different variants of fertilizer, had a significant effect on all of the tested elements. Rootstock 41B had the most suitable N/K ratio in the leaves of the Italian Riesling variety. When potassium fertilizer was used, the N/K ratio was closer to optimum values, and the same happened with the combination of all three fertilizers (NPK), but with a greater dose of K and less N and P fertilizers. Rootstock 41B had the greatest yield of the tested variety, as did the variants where the component of potassium was emphasized. Rootstock 5BB with N1 P1 K3 and K2 fertilizer variants had the best sugar content in must. Vinestocks were best developed on rootstock 41B and the least on rootstock Rupestris du Lot. An unsuitable level of nutrition caused a decrease in the development of vinestocks.
