Ispitivanje sortnog porijekla meda [i njegovog kvaliteta].

A study has been done on the varietal lineage of honey, produced on the territory of Bosanska krajina (Yugoslavia) and the presence of honey plants on bee pastures. It has been established that the tested honey is of good quality. The results relate to the total invert sugar content, natural invert sugar content, relation between glucose and fructose, and moisture content in honey. Honey from rape had somewhat poorer characteristics.
