The results of investigation for 9 watersheds on arable soils (black earth and brown types developed from loam or clay) were presented. The data confirmed the presence of very high correlation (p=0.1%) between the average annual streamflow watersheds under study and average amounts of Cl, Na, S, P, N and Mg, significant correlation (p=5%) between streamflow and amount of Ca and Fe and lack of correlation between streamflow and K.
