The causes and consequences of the crisis in Ukraine's agro-industrial complex are analysed. The results of the agrarian reform are used to contribute to the improvement in such condition. As a result, the following conclusions are made: additional investments should be attracted to prevent disastrous recession of agricultural production. A special attention is paid to the investments of the domestic producers. They should have a guaranteed compensation of their capital in case of force-majeur circumstances. Models are given of the effective functioning of the agricultural production developed by the Agrarian Institute of "Agroprominvest International", an international agrarian and industrial investment concern. A number of models is described, including pyramidal and cone-like ones.
