DEUTSCH: Hoehere Mengen an Yea-Sacc (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, USA), supplementiert wurden 1, 2 oder 4 g/Schaf u. Tag, senkten den Trockensubstanzabbau (TSA) im Nylonbeutel. Levaferm (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Deutschland), in Mengen von 0.5, 1 oder 2 g/Schaf bzw. Ziege und Tag verabreicht, beeinflusste nicht sign. den TSA. Hefezusatz hatte keinen sign. Einfluss auf den pH-Wert, die Gesamtkonz. an fluechtigen Fettsaeuren (FFS) und die molare Konz. an FFS im Pansensaft.
