The research purpose was the identification of somatic cells endoploidies of bees connected with certain functional effects. A lot of microscopal preparations were done by sectioning individuals of those three morphological types of these species, during various precise moments of their metamorphosis. Cells with a big number of chromosomes have been identified and they have been established in the same connection between the chromosomes multiplications and the qualitative results in the process of the citodifference and castes dissociation. The obtained results which have allowed some conclusions concerning the position of the polyploidies in developmental genetics of bees.
