According to the suitability of the electrophoresis of the gliadins for the characterization of the genotype, a catalogue of 22 of soft wheat crops and lines has been compiled. The "L6" line has been obtained through the electrophoresis of the gliadins in 130 grains. This line is composed of two biotypes A and B, which contain bands of 43,5 and 40 respectively and at the same time reveal the suitability of this method to define the purity of the varieties. Quantitative data are provided on the content of albumin, globulin, gliadin and gluten of the 22 crops and lines that were experimented upon.
