In this work results of investigation on the influence of sowing time on grain yield, yield components and architecture of canopy have been presented. It was stated, that the yield of winter wheat increases with the increasing of the head number per area unit, the grain yield per head. These traits can be regulated by sowing time. The grain yield per head depends upon the shoot height. The structure and architecture of the canopy in different sowing terms lets us propose a simulated model of winter wheat variety Rosa. The most productive will be the model which consists of single shoot, high plants.
