DEUTSCH: Die neue EG-Aromenrichtlinie (Richtlinie des Rates zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften ueber Aromen zur Verwendung in Lebensmitteln und ueber Ausgangsstoffe fuer ihre Herstellung (88/388/EG *22.6.88)), die im Juni 1988 durch den EG-Ministerrat verabschiedet worden ist, hat fuer die Ernaehrungswirtschaft weitreichende Auswirkungen. Wesentliche Merkmale werden aufgezeigt. Die Richtlinie ist eine sogenannte "Rahmenrichtlinie" mit Definitionen sowie besonderen Vorschriften ueber Herstellung und Kennzeichnung von Aromen.
