In a scientific-production experiment, carried out with milky cows during 100 days of lactation, it has been established that the inclusion of animal fat and rape oil into concentrated mixtures provides the increase in the level of crude fat to 4.62% of dry substance of the ration. The animals of the test group, that had used 120 g of rape oil and 130 g of feeding animal fat, digested all nutrients and particularly crude fat better. They also used nutrients for the synthese of milk components more effectively. The milk yield of 4% fatness increased by 12.9% in comparison with the control.
