In a rabbit being transgenic in the gene construction mMT 1/bGHatt, an active expression of the cattle hormone gene has been detected in diverse organs and tissue-culture cells. Change in an animal genotype has been described. There is a discussion on probable relationship of this effect with introducing into the animal's genom the alpha-globulin of the chicken's gene ensuring firation of the alient recombinant DNA on nucleonic matrix which determines a pattern of the DNA functioning.
