Magyarorszagon a baromfitapok kemiai osszeteteleben az osszes foszfortartalom szerepel, nem a hasznosithato. A baromfi, a termeszetes takarmanyokban levi foszfort csak reszben kepes ertekesiteni. A nehezen hozzaferheti, szerves kotesben levi foszfor hasznosithatosagat a fitaz enzim segitheti, hasznalataval csokkentheti a tapok foszfortartalma, a szervetlen foszfor kiegeszitese.

Authors in their experiment decreased the usual 0.7% broiler respectively layer feeds P-content to 0.55-0.40, respectively 0.55-0.45% at the utilization of phytase promoted not only the utilization of the P, but also the better digestibility of protein and starch, therefore the production results improved. The decrease of P-content of feeds, at the supplementation of phytase enzyme it did neither influence the P and Ca content of the tibia and egg shell nor the stability on the egg shell altered. On the basis of the results, a decrease to 0.5% of the P-content in the poultry feeds is suggested, with the utilization of the phytase enzyme.
