Among 17 amino acids, glutamic acid and aspartic acid contents were maximum, and histidine, methionine, cysteine were minimum, both for peach and apple. Proline was peculiar, there was more in the flower buds of the peach, and less in those of the apple. For apple, changes of each amino acid content (EAA) was similar to TAA, and for peach, only 13; another 3 changes were not alike.
