Key mortality factors in regular generations of Earias vittella (Fabricius) on cotton.

The spotted bollworm, Earias vittella (Fabricius) is one of the important pests of cotton in Marathwada region. The parasitism due to Rogas aligharensis (Quadri) during I, II, III, IV and V regular generations in pesticide free cotton field was 48.48, 46.97, 49.71, 51.63 and 42.79 percent, respectively. Microchelonus sp. and Bracon greeni (Musebeck) were observed in pesticides free cotton field.
