The objective of system measures designed to stabilise the agrarian market is, according to the Conception of Agricultural Policy of the Ministry of Agricuture of the Slovakia, to prevent also unfavourable oscillation of agricultural product purchase prices and consumer foodstuff prices. In order to accomplish the purposes of the market regulation through the State Fund of Market Regulation and minimum (guaranteed) purchase prices, the system of their valorization is applied from 1995 due to the price development of decisive inputs at their average rate of 5 % at minimum. An elaboration of a methodical approach is required to implement the valorization.
