In addition to listing all the pesticides (plant protection products) known to be in the market in Yugoslavia (by March 31, 1996) for the application in agriculture and forestry, this volume incorporates 218 active ingredients which have contributed to the formulation of 497 preparations either as a single or a mixture of two or more active ingredients. This book also provides information on the regulations of pesticides and toxic substances which have been revised and are now in accordance with the regulations of the European Union. For the first time a handbook incorporates toxic substances other than pesticides registered for trade and use in Yugoslavia and included in the List of Poisons. The chapter "Growth stages of field grown and plantation crops", has also been for the first time incorporated in this volume.
