The investigation was carried out with variety Gamay Teinturier grafted on the rootstock K 5 BB, in fruitful vineyard. The fertilizers NPK 4:8:12 and NPK 2.5:0:7.5 basic and in combinations with Mg, Fe, Mg+Fe, Zn, B and Mn were applied. The applied concentration was 0.25 and 0.50, foliar additional feeding was carried out four times during the vegetation period. Higher grape yield was obtained by foliar application of the basic fertilizer NPK 4:8:12 at lower concentration (0.25) than by application of NPK 2.5:0:7.5. The highest average grape yield per grape vine was achieved when applying NPK 4:8:12 + 1 B. Basic fertilizer with the addition of Mg+Fe and B contributed to the optimal differentiation activation and growth of fruit elements which provided higher number of grapes and with it higher yield. Differences in sugar content were more distinctive from year to year of the investigation.
