The output of suitable embryos for transfer was higher after the treatment of donorcows by FSH than after PMS. The use of surfagon has given an opportunity to increase the number of ovulation per donor and to improve eggcells conception rate. Sanitation of uterus has given an opportunity to increase output of healthy embryos. The intensification of embryo-cue at the embryo transfer increased its viability.
