The transformations of the heterogenic system with its ingredients caused by prolonged application of organic and mineral fertilizers and continuous fallow were under study. These agents promote the weakening of bonds between the ingredients of micron size, disintegration of mica-smectite component with a high content of smectite packets, activization of mechanical disintegration of clastogenic minerals. Application of manure prevents clay mobilization and smectite phase disintegration. Higher yields in rotations with black fallow are due to more active weathering of minerals, first of all, of the layered ones.
