ITALIANO: [Le caratteristcihe dell'assorbimento di cadmio e rame e l'effetto che il fosfato precedentemente assorbito ha su di esso e' stato studiato in due terreni, uno dei quali irrigato esclusivamente con acque di scarico non trattate, domestiche e indutriali. Utilizzando l'equazione isotermica di Langmuir, si e' riscontrato che solo in un caso l'assorbimento di Cd ha fornito una linea retta, mentre l'assorbimento di Cu lo ha fatto nel caso degli orizzonti A e B del terreno di controllo. Questo indica che i luoghi di assorbimento, in questo esempio, sono dello stesso tipo. I massimi valori di assorbimento trovati erano di 75 mmol/kg per Cd e 111 e 112 mmol/kg per Cu. Negli altri casi, si e' ottenuta una curva convessa e l'equazione della superficie di Langmuir e' risultata applicabile, indicando che l'assorbimento ha luogo su due superfici con diverse forze di legame. L'assorbimento di fosfati precedente all'assorbimento di Cd o Cu ha avuto come risultato solo un lieve cambiamento nell'assorbimento dei metalli. L'analisi della varianza ha evidenziato differenze significative a livello del 5%; queste sono state valutate per mezzo del test di Duncan].

The absorption characteristics of cadmium and copper and the effect that previously sorbed phosphate has on this absorption was studied in two soils, one of them irrigated exclusively with untreated domestic and industrial sewage water. Using the Langmuir isotherm equation, it was found that only in one instance the Cd absorption yield a straight line, while the Cu absorption did so in the case of the A and B horizons of the control soil. This indicates that the adsorption sites in this instance are of the same type. The maximum adsorption values found were of 75 mmol/kg for Cd and 111 and 122 mmol/kg for Cu. In the other instances a convex curve was obtained and the two surface Langmuir equations applicable, indicating that the absorption takes place on two surfaces with different binding energies. Absorbing phosphates previous to a Cd or Cu absorption resulted in only a slight change in the absorption of the metals. A variance analysis showed that there were significant differences at the 5% level and these were evaluated using the Duncan test.
