Financial analysis of the integrated farm investment combining cattle fattening and baby-corn production at the given 12 % per year of the opportunity cost of capital indicates that this investment alternative is financially viable since the NPV, B/C and IRR of this investment scheme is 176,917 Bahts, 1.321 and 70.13 % per year, respectively. Another investment alternative combining calf producing scheme and baby-corn production is also financially feasible as the NPV, B/C and IRR of this investment scheme is 95,343 Bahts, 1.240 and 27.84 % per year, respectively. Based on the above outcomes of the financial analysis, the integrated farm investment composing of cattle fattening and baby-corn production as well as the calf producing program and baby-corn production should be promoted for the farm households' in the study area since it could increase the farm households' income and the utillization of baby-corn residue.
