ITALIANO: La determinazione di residui di erbicidi in 313 campioni di acqua potabile, ha messo in evidenza una diffusa contaminazione delle acque sotterranee di una vasta area della Provincia di Pavia (Lomellina). Per tali determinazioni sono state impiegate tecniche analitiche quali la gas-cromatografia e la spettrometria di massa e i dati analitici sono stati messi in relazione con le profondita dei pozzi esaminati.

The determination of herbicide residues in 313 samples of drinking water has shown widespread contamination of the underground waters in an extensive area of the country near Pavia. For these determinations we employed analytical techniques such as gas-chromatography and mass spectometry and we related the analytical data obtained to the depths of the wells.
