The aim of this study is to estimate function of natural rubber demand in Indonesia using linear multiple regression model. The data used were from 1970 until 1987. The research results showed, that for getting BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator), serial correlation and multicollinearity problems have to be omitted using GDE (Generalized Difference Equation) and Principle component methods. The estimation function is QDt* = 10436 + 0.00002 PPt* + 0.00026 RRt* + 0.16179 PPDBIt* + 0.02184 QDt-1* is the amount of domestic demand for natural rubbber, PPt* is domestic real price for natural rubber, RRt* is real price of synthetic rubber in Indonesia, PPDBIt* is economic growth per capita in Indonesia, and Qd-1* is amount of domestic demand for natural rubber lag 1. The economic growth per capita in Indonesia variable was found to strongly affect domestic demand performance. The estimation of domestic demand year 1992 is 79913 to 93486 ton.
