By this investigation, possibility of blood and powder haemoglobin use for iron enriched dietetic meat products production was found (Fero products). Bovine blood, 15 and powder haemoglobin 2.5, were used for production of dietetic products (Fero-frankfurter, Fero-sausages "Kraljevska", Fero-hamburger, Fero-patty) with characteristic color from light to dark red, i.e. dark brown and with acceptable quality in which the quantity of total iron was increased for 3.08 to 3.33 times, and participation of Fe++ in total iron content by 1.74 to 2.19 times. Production of iron enriched dietetic meat products presents contribution in sideropenic anaemia prevention and new approach for better utilization of slaughter animals blood, as origin of proteins and minerals of high nutritional and biological value.
