The content of the irreplaceable amino acids and the energoaminoacidic ratio are closely related with the oscillation of the general proteins, uric acid and general cholesterol in the plasm of laying hens. This high grade relation dictates the need of taking into account all the irreplaceable amino acids and the energo-aminoacidic ratio for each amino acid when preparing the rations.
