Bark of Persea kurzii. Kosterm was the valuable minor forest product, which was used for making joss stick. In order to know how long the bark can be keep without changing its quality comparisons were made between moisture content, percentage of ash and mucilage, and chemical composition. In conclusion, the bark can be kept in room temperature, 19 months long without changing its quality.
