To better express the drainage rate in relation with the distance between the drains, the structural state of the soil (especially its porosity), and the mechanical composition of the soil, is proposed an equation of dependence of the value of L (equidistance of the drains) on the content colloidal fractions and on those of dust, the difference between which expresses the structural state of the soil. The proposed equation expresses a curved multiple dependence.
