During the three-year period (1993-1995), it was investigated oilseed flax weed community as well as the degree of efficiency of herbicide combinations. During the three-year period, three species dominated all other weeds in relation to the number of species: Echinochloa cruss-galli, Chenopodium album and Convolvulus arvensis (50.3-67.0). At last several year, it has become more significant the presence of the species Echinochloa cruss-galli (from 18.5 to 30.7 in relation to other weeds), as well as Galinsoga parviflora (15.3), Datura stramonium (10.4) and Hibiscus trionum (7.1). The herbicide combination of Metalahlor (1440 g/ha a.s.) + Bentazon (1680 g/ha a.s.), has showed stabdard satisfactory efficiency (84.8-89.1).
