Four groups of Black-and-White young bulls were fed on rations without manure (control) or supplemented with hen manure in natural form, treated with formaldehyde. The chemicophysical properties of longissimus dorsi muscle and perinephric fat from bull carcasses were evaluated. The addition of formaldehyde-treated hen manure to compound ration had had a favourable influence on meat quality and fat content, water binding capacity and colour of meat.
