Alcohol production from sorghum by loog-pang required a pre-treatment procedure of soaking the sorghum for ten hours. The ratio was 55 per cent water as against the total weight of the sorghum. This was then autoclaved at 15 psi for 15 minutes. By mixing autoclaved sorghum with Loop-pang Loa, 7.7% volume of alcohol was produced on the fourth day of fermentation. For production of alcohol from sorghum by using Loog-pang Loa and Loog-pang Khoamarg; each of them was mixed separately with autoclaved sorghum for 2 days. The 2 parts of autoclaved sorghum fermented with Loog-pang Loa and 1 part of autoclaved sorghum fermented with Loog-pang Khoamarg were mixed. Results show that 8.8% alcohol by volume was produced after 4 days of fermentation.
