This work concerns modeling and numerical simulations of shot peening process of cultivator tine fragment. The application was elaborated in Ansys/LS _ Dyna programme to observe physical phenomena in contact zone of tool-work pieces during the simulations time. The researches regarded an influence of the distance between the traces on the surface state of cultivator tine fragment after dynamic burnishing process.
